Brighton Area Information

Brighton offers many cultural, recreational and social activities. Several state and county parks are located within a few minutes' driving distance, as are more than 50 beautiful lakes, natural wetlands and golf courses. The state's Brighton Recreation Area alone comprises nearly 5,000 acres of woods, meadows and lakes.

Brighton supports the efforts of the Livingston County Visitors' Bureau, which promotes the attractions of the area and helps bring in visitors to see what it has to offer. If you are planning a trip to the Brighton area, you are encouraged to visit the Livingston County Visitors' Bureau's website or give them a call at 810-227-1911 to learn more about the activities of Greater Brighton.
